Quality Assurance

We strive for perfect products, but manufacturing errors may occasionally occur. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing error on our side, you can rest assured that our after-sales service is available. Please contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

If the finished print/embroidery differs significantly from the final confirmed design, or if you receive a product that differs from your order, we will remake the defective item or provide a full or partial refund according to your preference.

If remaking the correct product is difficult, we will refund the amount for the affected item. Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the returned product. For returns/exchanges due to our manufacturing error, we will fully refund the shipping cost. (Returns for customer convenience are not covered.)

Order Cancellation

All uniforms are made-to-order products for our customers, and the product price includes customization fees. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at 050-3099-8650 with your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellation is only possible before production begins.

For cancellations after your order has entered the production process, a cancellation fee of $10 per item will apply. The refund amount will be the original payment amount minus shipping costs and custom production costs. (Except in cases of our shipping error.) We will send a confirmation email after the return process is complete. It may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to actually reach your account, and depending on your card company's closing date, the charge may appear on your next billing cycle.

Disclaimer

Customized made-to-order products are final sale items and are, in principle, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Processed or modified blank uniforms are also not eligible for return or exchange. This policy applies to all products that have been altered from their original condition. Please be sure to confirm the size, name, number, and design before purchase.

If you find manufacturing defects, wrong items, or shipping damage upon receiving the product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photo/video evidence. We will handle it via remake, exchange, partial/full refund, or store credit.

After 30 days from receipt of the product, we cannot accept any claims, refunds, or adjustment requests.

Our custom uniforms are not manufactured, affiliated with, or endorsed by any professional sports league or brand.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and revisions will be posted on this page.
