By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules posted on any content within the site. All additional conditions posted are deemed part of these Terms. Yongsheng reserves the right to change the site and these Intellectual Property & Copyright Terms at any time without prior notice.

I. Terms of Use

1. You retain ownership of the designs you submit. At the same time, you grant us and any third parties we designate a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right of use (including the right to sublicense) for the purpose of manufacturing and providing the services for your ordered products and previewing the finished design on products, limited to using, reproducing, distributing, creating derivative works of, and publicly displaying the design.
   Example: When you place an order, we may edit or adjust the design as necessary and transmit the data for manufacturing, packaging, and shipping.
   In addition, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable right to use the design for the site's advertising and marketing, samples, and promotional materials. Promotional means include posting finished products, audio/video/photo content on the site, publication in magazines and video media, and site promotion by third-party media.

2. Although ownership of your design remains with you, this site contains content such as images, photos, layouts, templates, illustrations, text, fonts, and tools ("Yongsheng Content"). Copyright in the site and Yongsheng Content belongs to Yongsheng, its subsidiaries, or licensors, and is protected by intellectual property rights worldwide.
   Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, reproducing, saving, reposting, or commercially using Yongsheng Content is strictly prohibited. Yongsheng reserves the right to add, delete, or modify content without prior notice, and rights in the modified content also belong to Yongsheng and its licensors.

3. You warrant that you hold full and valid copyright in the designs you upload. Designs must not:
   ① Infringe or misappropriate without authorization any third party's copyright, trademark, service mark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights
   ② Infringe any third party's privacy or portrait rights
   ③ Violate laws or contain fraudulent, threatening, insulting, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content
   You also warrant that no unresolved intellectual property dispute exists regarding the design or any part of it.

4. Designs you upload are automatically saved by Yongsheng. We do not conduct prior review of designs before upload. Uploading to the site does not mean the design complies with these Terms. Once you upload a design, you bear full responsibility for its content and compliance.

5. During order processing, we may review whether a design complies with these Terms. Yongsheng has the right to refuse use of a design and to stop manufacturing and shipping the relevant order.
   Yongsheng or its contractors may request written submission of copyright/authorization certificates for a design. If you fail to provide sufficient evidence in response to such a request, we may hide or delete the uploaded design and suspend or terminate your account.
   We may also disclose information about designs and posting/usage status to third parties as necessary to fulfill orders, enforce these Terms, or comply with laws and requests from public authorities.

6. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Yongsheng, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any claims, lawsuits, damages, attorney's fees, and all other costs arising directly or indirectly from:
   a) Your violation of these Terms, other terms of use, or applicable laws
   b) The design data you submit
   c) Acts related to purchasing products/services on this site
   d) Acts arising from access to or use of your account by you or a third party

7. Designs that violate these Terms may be deleted at our discretion. However, we are not obligated to delete designs based on user reports. We accept no liability for damages arising from the deletion or non-deletion of designs or from data loss. Please always keep a backup of your design files on your own device.
